Summit Services takes your trash cans out after 5pm the evening before scheduled collection or the morning of and returns them after pickup.  With homeowner provided garage access, cans can be returned directly to the garage.

Service follows The Landings at Bayside regular trash collection schedule.

• 1 pickup per week - $15/month

• 2 pickup per week - $30/month

Pickup frequency and monthly pricing automatically adjust with the neighborhood's seasonal trash collection schedule.

Garage return requires homeowner provided access.

Summit Services offers trash can washing on a designated cleaning day each month after regular trash pickup, so cans are empty and ready to be cleaned.

Service Includes:

• Scrubbing and washing the inside of each can

• Rinsing the exterior as needed

• Returning cans to thier normal location

• Up to 1 standard household exterior trash can

• $15 - Summit Trash Can Service monthly-service customers

• $20 - Non-monthly customers

Additional or oversized cans may be priced separately.

Your Second Set of Eyes when you aren't at the property.

For $30/month, Summit Services provides one scheduled exterior visit each week to help keep an eye on your home, second property, or rental.

Each weekly visit includes:

• Quick sweep or blow-off of the front porch, patio, and driveway

• Straightening outdoor furniture as needed

• Picking up small windblown debris

• Visual check for anything noticeably unusual around the exterior

• 4 photos - front, back, left, and right side of the property

• Checking accessible exterior lights when garage access is provided

This is an exterior visual check and light property upkeep service - not a home inspection, security service, or propertymanagement service.

For property owners who want both services handled together, Summit Services combines weekly trash service with a weekly exterior property check.

Includes:

• Trash cans taken out after 5pm before scheduled collection

• Cans returned after pickup

• Garage return when homeowner - provided access is available

• Weekly exterior property check

• Light sweep/blow-off of porch, patio, and driveway

• Outdoor furniture straightened as needed

• Small windblown debris picked up

• Visual check for anything noticeably unusual

• 4 exterior photos after each property check

Summit Services can help prepare your property before a storm and check things over afterward - especially helpful for second-home and rental-property owners who may not be nearby.

• Securing or moving lightweight outdoor furniture and items

• Bringing approved outdoor items into the garage when access is provided 

• Checking the exterior after the storm

• Returning outdoor items to their normal locations

• Picking up small storm debris

• Photos of the property after the storm

• Alerting the homeowner to any noticeable exterior damage or concerns

Storm Service is limited to tasks that can be completed safely.  Summit Services does not perform emergency response, tree removal, roof work, or repairs.

Let us know when scheduling your snow service.  If you need your driveway cleared by a specific time for work or other commitments, we'll do our best to accomodate your requested timeframe whenever weather and conditions allow.

Summit Services can replace torn, damaged, or worn screen mesh using your existing window screen frames.

Service Includes:

• Removal of old screen mesh

• Installation of new screen mesh

• New spline as needed

• Trimming and finishing for a clean fit

Existing frames must be in usable condition.  Summit Services does not remove screens from windows, reinstall screens, repair damaged frames, or build replacement frames.  Specialty screen material may be priced separately.
